Repair damaged breathable felt

I've moved a ceiling speaker in my ceiling and in the process of doing so I've noticed that the felt is ripped in places. My guess is that whoever installed the speaker cut back the insulation and ripped the felt in the process. The rips are around 5-10 cm in length so noting too big.

How would you suggest repairing it? I'm guessing it's worth repairing before refitting the speaker and making good?

Thanks for that. Ordered some from eBay, took ages to arrive but worth waiting for as it stuck really well. Good product.
