Replace old thermostat with Drayton Wiser Kit 3

Hi

I've recently planned to fit a Drayton wiser Kit 3. The actual controller seems fine to fit using the standard wall plate, however, i wanted to remove the old thermostats instead of turning them up fully.

Below is a photo of existing wiring on the thermostat, there are three wires. Can someone tell me which wires I can connect together to effectively discontinue this thermostat. I don't want to open the wiring centre etc, i prefer to make the changes at the thermostat end.

Join Black and Brown and safely isolate the blue
