Replace small flat felt roof with EPDM

Hi,

I have a leak in a small flat roof (3m x 0.6m) that I have managed to stop and tarp as a short term measure. I have been quoted £540 to replace the wooden substrate and fitting with bonded rubber and self sealing trims (including waste disposal). Does this seem reasonable? I was thinking of having a go at replacing the roof myself if this is the realistic cost.

Yes, it is realistic. Unfortunately, your roof is of the size that works out expensive per metre.
