Building is a dormer bungalow about 45/50 years oid.Crack along cerment in line with the top of back door and the top of windows on ground floor at the side of the building.looks like the lintels are rusty & swollen.Do not know if lintels are just flat steel ,I can see them over door and window conbind on the out side ,cerment cracked across the top of all 3 windows & door along the same line. Is the replacement easy to do ?
