Hi everyone,

I would like to know how to replace Synchronous Motor in DRAYTON FLOWSHARE 2 ACTUATOR 0614073.

I have open the cover of the actuator, and how can I take the Motor out. there are two points to fix the Motor on the plate, but they are not a normal screws.

Can anyone teach me how to take the Motor out.

Many thanks.

Its a simple process.1st get a screwdriver that will fit and undo the 2 screws, remove the motor and fit new one in reverse order. The wires hve to be reconnected on the new motor.ISOLATE electrics b4 doing work.Polarity on motor is not important. You sound like a novice so get someone in to do it for you if you don't feel confident.

Thanks, 45yearsagasman,

But as I said, these two things fixed the Motor to the plate are not normal screws. I am charging the battery of my camera and I will take a picture to show you later. I don't know whether you have changed the Motor before.

Thanks.
