Replaced a 3 button swith and now no lights work ? Help !!

the problem is we are just guessing without being there to see it and test it.

we need a picture of this clipped wire

The clipped wire snapped and replaced with a seperate wire to run between two of the holes.

I apprecaite your replies and I know its a bit fiddly without the pictures etc.

I have got a guy coming Saturday morning to have a look. £50 for an hours work he said. I just hope it doesnt turn in to 4 hours lol.

This is the new switch I bought.
On the "Specifications" tab says AMPS 6. Is this too low ?

Saying that when I get home I will check. Im sure the fitter said it was 10amps.

6 amp would only be a problem if you were switching more than 1.4 kW of lighting.

Well its only a security light, downstairs light and landing light BUT the main wires comes through the circuit which gives electric to the downstairs loo, lounge, kitchen and dinning room.
