Light switch stopped working

Hi, would be surprised if that dimmer had fuses fitted. I would guess the dimmer module is knackered !( technical term). Your electrician will advise if you need to up the rating of the dimmer. (it may be 250w max load and have to be increased to 400w.

No, that's not got fuses fitted.

It will probably be damaged dimmer module.

These can easily get damaged when a lamp fails, especially GU10 or similar.
