Replaced my inverter – should a new EIC mention it?

Hi all,
Just looking for some advice. I had my solar inverter replaced recently (faulty one swapped out), but the Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) I received doesn't mention the inverter at all – no serial number, no model, nothing.

Your solar panel system must also be structurally and electrically safe.

Your installer will take care of this and provide the paperwork, assuming they’re certified by Flexi-Orb or the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and accredited by a Competent Persons Scheme, like the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT).
If the replacement is the same as the original then maybe just a minor works certificate. But I know the Flexi-Orb has what it can produce, etc. So if not identical then will need a new Flexi-Orb.

The electrician replaced the inverter and did some other small jobs... The problem is, I have no 'proof' that he actually checked anything. He gave me an EIC where the work description just says 'solar PV remedial work'... I'm a bit worried because I have no confirmation that the inverter was replaced. Now the inverter number in the certificates doesn’t match the actual one. The electrician said he’d reply ASAP, but he’s not responding. So that is a reason I am seeking some advice - on my EIc what he should put if he replaced a inventer ( it s not lie to like - I think it s a new version givenergy gen 3 - before that I had gen 1)

I note there are all sorts of setting to make

and also the internet can be used to do some setting remote, I would not personally want to get involved. It is a specialist subject.
