Replaced rad, now intermittent hot water / CH

Hi,

Just replaced a radiator in what I believe is a sealed system! I have a Saunier Duval Combi Boiler. After replacing it the top was cold, so bled the rad. Top was still old so released air from pump.

Since doing that the central heating now no longer ignites the burners when I turn it on and the hot water is intermitent (burners stay on for about 10 secs, then off for a minute, then back on if im lucky).

Any ideas??

what's the system pressure ??

Check the autoair valve to see if it's open (unscrew the little tyre valve type cap to release the air)

Yeah I released the air from there, didnt help!

This may sound stupid but im a novice!! Should I have refilled the system?? I take it if I should then I will need a pro to do that!
