Replacement bit the keeps a spotlight in place

Hi,

I've moved into a house and the spotlights need fixing back into place. However i'm missing a couple of metal rings which keep them in place. Tried a couple of DIY shops and no luck. I've taken a picture of one from another light. Any idea what they are called or where I can buy a couple?
