Replacement IKEA mason jar clips

I've got loads of IKEA mason jars and I want to replace the clips :

It doesn't look like IKEA sell them and after looking around I can't seem to find any alternative solution other than making my own out of wire.

Does anyone have any fancy solutions ?
It's annoying that IKEA sell the gaskets but not replacement clips. They rust up and break frequently enough...
