Replacement Multi lock handle??

Hi Guys,
I am having difficulty in finding a replacement Multi-lock handle for my front-door (timber). I basically want to replace the old brass-effect with polished chrome one, but struggling to find any with the turn-lock and Px (see pic).
In truth, never used turnlock, and don't think it works so happy to go for Eurocylinder plain handle

Screw centers: 215mm
Px Spindle-Cylinder: 68mm

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
