Replacing a dimplex heater with an electric towel rail.the mains wiring has a pilot wire which runs to the controller circuit.the heater is only 3 core.whate do you do with the pilot wire as I can't get any power to the towel rail and it must be linked to the pilot wire

If it is a pilot wire controlled system, you should have a controller somewhere?

The pilot wire will have been connected to the Dimplex heater that you are removing, yes?
The towel rail isn't a Dimplex device, or is it?
