Replacing a mobile phone screen

Did my old iPhone 6 with a cheap replacement from flea bay, not a difficult job to do physical but the only problem was that I could not get it reprogrammed economically in order to be able to use the home button & had to set up an onscreen one which was a pain to use.

I am in the process of selling old mobiles off.

I have found a Huawei P8 Lite but I suppose it's very old tech: micro USB, Android 5, no security updates etc.......
