I have a Worcester Heatslave 15/19 with a Danfoss BFP 21 L3 pump. The pump needs replacing (it's leaking).

I've recently replaced the oil isolator valve and have previously taken the cover off the pump and done a temporary seal repair with instant gasket. But it's leaking again and smelling a bit so it's time for a new one.

Is it a straight forward take one off/put one on job?

Yes it's a piece of cake to actually replace an oil pump but unfortunatly not quite that simple.

Pump pressure determines if the boiler is correctly set up and burning properly. That needs a pressure guage and Flue Gas Analiser to set up following pump replacement.
