Replacing bottom seal on front door

Hi all, I need to replace the lower seal on my front door which has been damaged. Trouble is it is screwed in from underneath the door. I can get at most of the screws with a little stubby. But the two closest to the door frame there is no chance / clearance to get anything under. Aside from removing the door any ideas?

Sorry but? best and only way to attack the problem is to remove the door.

Would suggest you have all the new components to hand prior to start.

Hi thanks for the reply. Yes I did think removing the door might be the only way. But figured I'd ask incase there was some trick or tool to get it off.

Was just trying to avoid removing it as it will be a pain to get it back in the right spot / I'll probably have to pay someone to adjust it.
