Replacing Butane Regulator and Hose -Size Query ?

Im replacing the gas bottle regulator and hose but I see some hoses are 8mm and some are 9mm

Is there a standard size ?

And how do I reconnect the hose to the copper end ? Does it need to be lubricated ?

Will be stamped on regulator the hose size.
Probably 8mm.
You just push the new hose on

If it's tight dip in hot water for a few minutes. Half that price on eBay.
