Hi.
The running 'wires' that go through holes in the pleated blinds in my conservatory roof are breaking up, I would like to replace all the 'wires' which are brown to match the Mahogany coloured construction.

Can anyone advise what & where I can get new 'wires'? I have looked at fishing wire and strimmer nylon but I guess there must be specific stuff for the task? I cannot find any listed on the net.

Any cheap suggestions? I need around 50m to replace those broken and around 100~120m to replace them all.

Hope you can help.

I would go and speak with your local blind manufacturer, pretty sure it'll be specific to their trade, from what i've seen of it its plastic coated and a little elastic, tying the knots at each end while getting the correct tension will be fun as well
