I don't know if it is relevant but my boiler is Logic Combi ESP i35 boiler and it is dual-zone.
I found where are my motorised valves, however, I'm not sure what to do next. This is my motorized valves

Do I need to disconnect any wire here and reconnect to my Nest Heatsink? or my Nest Heatsink connects in addition to all of this?

isolate the power mains, open the junction box, and take a picture. then I will have an idea of how to replace it with nest

I'm sorry for not getting back to you on this earlier; I was waiting for screwdrivers to arrive. Please see the attached photos. Is this what you are looking for?

Not too sure why you’re dismantling your zone valve, as the heat links required would connect to the wiring center.

Yeah, it seems in my case it would be the best just to get someone to connect thermostats for me as clearly I'm clueless here and might just cause a lot of damage

Good call info you don’t want to damage anything or injur yourself or worse. If you are confident enough we can guide you though, up to you.

As @Chris_W says why are you taking the zone valve to bits, the receivers get wired into the wiring centre, not direct into the zone valves, follow the cables from the zone valves and you will find a wiring centre with lots of wires going in to it that is where the receivers get wired into

Thanks everyone for your response. My thermostats and heat links are still sitting a box  I can't really find where all the cables go from my thermostats or valves zones. Am I right to assume that first of all, 2 wires(brown and black) from each thermostat are going to valve zone, and from the valve zone, more cables are going to some wiring centre? I emailed my builder asking for any electrical/plumbing drawings of my house. Meanwhile, I opened the front of my boiler and took a few pictures.

your pics arent showing but you dont wire anything into the boiler all the other wiring remains the same, your builder wont have a wiring diagram for your house and only the colour of the wires from the factory fitted cable on the zone valves actually mean anything, do no rely on the colour of any other wires, it is very simple, identify the Brown wire from each zone vave and this now goes into terminal 3 on the corrosponding hive receiver, the receiver needs a permanent live and neutral, then you have to disconnect the old thermostats , it is as simple as that
