Replacing extractor fan

Hi I want to replace this extractor fan, but I want to make sure the new one fits, any guidance on what I can buy please. The outside cover measures 6” x 6”

Take it off and measure the duct size. Usually about 100mm diameter

Is it in a bathroom?

How far from the bath or shower?

How high above the floor?

It just stopped creating enough power, so not sucking the air with that much power

Hi, no it’s in the bathroom, about 1 metre from the shower and about 2 metres from the floor

Is it a timer fan - ie does the fan run on for a period after the light is switched off?

If you measure vertically down from the fan, how far is it, horizontally, from the footprint of the shower tray?

And how far, vertically, from the floor?
