Hi all,

First post for me, used this site a lot for information and found it to be useful.

I wonder if someone could help with this one?

I am looking to replace the newel posts on my stairs. The newel posts at present are replacement posts that have been bodged in by previous owner making the whole rail loose and rickety. I want to replace the base post picture. Is this difficult?
