Replacing rad and trv

I need to replace/reposition a radiator trv and lockshield on my sealed CH system and was wondering if there are any particular manufacturers I should be looking at or staying away from?

Secondly I know I`ll have to drain down at least part of the system and then refill,which I`m happy enough doing, but was wondering if there`s anything I need to be aware of with now having a condensing boiler (ecotech plus 831). I`ve only ever drained my system when I previously had a non condensing boiler and I`m not sure if it makes any difference.

carry on as you would normally do type of boiler is of no consequence just isolate from filling & power etc
