Replacing range cooker

Hello!

I’d like to replace a range cooker with a new kitchen unit and an induction hob.

The range is 100cm wide, whereas it seems the largest hobs are 90cm. This would leave an unsightly 5cm gap each side. Any tips on how to overcome this issue.

Unfortunately, the existing worktop surfaces appear to be obsolete, which doesn’t help.

Any thoughts/help appreciated.
