Hi
I have a bathroom in the loft with the light switch outside the bathroom. Family members frequently forget to switch off the lights after they come out which also runs the extractor fan in the bathroom.
For a reminder, I'm looking to replace the switch with one that has a neon light on it and therefore bought a MK 20 amp switch but the wiring is completely different to the one I have currently.

It has a "Load" and "Supply" marked on the new switch so not sure if this is suitable for what I need. Any advice appreciated.
Please see the following pics of the current switch on new one.
Thanks

Not suitable for your needs ,the neon won't light up ,there is no neutral.
And no one is going to notice it ,even if there was.

Can you recommend a switch with a light that I can replace it with or is there no such thing?.
Thanks

You could fit one of THESE behind your existing switch wired across the two conductors.
SNAG: light will be on when the bathroom light is OFF but (as above) everyone will ignore it anyway.

Or you could fit a PIR in the bathroom. Timed so that the light goes off as soon as someone has got nice and soapy. ;)

Just go ballistic at them, ask them who the hell they think they are, and give them a good old fashioned bolllocking about leaving the light on.
