Repoint? Leave? Something else?

We live in a for year old new build house and diagonal cracks have appeared above the French doors to the bedroom window above.

Do I need to do anything about this, or is it just natural as the house beds in?

There are no corresponding cracks on the inside.

Unless it is actually worse then the picture shows I'm just wondering how you noticed it, I struggled to find em on the zoomed in picture
