Reset yale alarm from phone

Hi, so here's the scenario.. I have a Yale HSA6400 alarm, when the alarm goes off it rings my phone, I can then press 9 to acknowledge it, however the alarm is "still active" on the control panel. I can then dial in to Disarm the system but the control panel still displays ALARM! ALARM! Is there a way to reset the unit back to its alarm state from my phone, at the moment the only way to do this is on the control panel itself?

why would you want to do that remotely? if there is a break in then surely you would want the alarm to sound?
