Hi,
I have a 5 year old Ariston MicroCombi boiler.
It needed the pressure done for the heating every few month last year by turning 2 blue taps - these both broke constantly off so our service engineer changed the pipes and put in a permanent fitted silver braided connection (far right, pipe 6 on picture) to make it simpler and neater as it was apparently a messy job.
Now the pressure has dropped again to below 1 bar. The hot water works fine.
I tried the 'how to restore pressure' on the forum by turning the oval fitting on the braided loop with a spanner. nothing happened.
Should I be turning another valve too? possibly #5? There are no coloured taps anywhere (except 2 white plastic end points). Info on the net and the manual all show 5 pipes not 6.
Brr it's cold and I would appreciate your help please. View media item 29113 View media item 29113
