Windows just installed and realise that most of the cavity closers will need to be plastered.

However, I've used flexible closers (very cheap from Wickes) that buckle and obviously can't be hard-plastered, should I just plasterboard all the reveals and leave for the plasterer to add his corner beads later to join up to the wet-plastered walls?

Any advice much appreciated.

All gaps need to be sealed to prevent air leakage. Use expanding foam, then plaster over

You should leave the reveals and head to the plasterer.
He will probably dot and dab them .
He needs to set them up for the wall himself.
If you do it ,he will either have to put on too much plaster , or not
enough .
