Rewired heating system need some advise please.

I am getting:

246V between Lp and neutral on standby
turned on the HW and CH
1) 230V between Lp and neutral
2) 21V between Ls and neutral
3) 8V between PL and neutral
There is no change in the the voltage when I switch on the HW or CH.

that your external wiring is at fault check it as per the drawing
View media item 17888especially that you have 230V on 1 and 2 in the "wiring centre"
turn on CH and HW at the programmer and check at the wiring centre for 230V between
2 and 4
2 and 6
and check that Ls is connected to 7

if nothing on 2 and 4 or 2 and 6 check your programmer that you have 230V on L and N and they are the correct way around

Matt I tought you have gone to bed.

There is 230v between 1 and 3 but only 108v 2 and 3

Should I remove the link I put in befroe testing this??

You where correct I am the stupid one L and N are swopped around on the programmer.

Does this mean I can remove the link between LP and LS?? and that this all working??

yes reconnect L and N the right way remove link and reconnect Ls
you have been trying to switch the zone valves on with a neutral
should be ok now
