Yeah - Sounds nasty, though seems a bit better this morning, TBH.

Last night a lot of the news had an obituary feel about it, but he is hanging in there. Best of luck, little fella'......

Erm, he drives fast cars very fast. What do you think is going to happen at some point?

fantastic bloke hope he gets better soon

unfortunately the possible consequences of high adrenalin risky activitys he loves

A little like being obsessed by women .. Most know where it leads, but it's great fun getting there - one way or t'other.

Yeah just read about this.

The BBC site article says he is improving but it mentions that at the scene of the crash he said he had pain in his lower back before passing out... screwing up your back's not good is it? :(

It's just a pity the prat Clarkson wasn't in the passenger seat. (even if there probably wasn't one).

You're actually pleased that someone is critically ill in hospital just because you don't like them?

I'm indifferent actually. But I do like a bit of poetic justice.

Maybe he didn't check the tyres before he started. Those damn nails. Maybe he thought "oh, it'll be reet" and carried on regardless . . .

Careful .. The manual supplied with some cars actually instruct one to leave the penetrator in place when using the supplied fluid repair kit ... speed and distance limitations apply...

i love top gear, it has me and the wife in hysterics, but weve both said many times, its going to end in tears. Big shame.

...and they said that Steve Irwin was irresponsible!

crafty1289, you're only 20, you've already totalled several cars, and by your own admission you drive like a prat. I shan't be taking any advice from you on tyres thanks. And if I find nails in my tyres I plug them myself. And I buy far better quality tyres than you as well. Twit.
