Ricochet Monitor

Using Ricochet Monitor, one of the pir's go red on walking past it , manual says "Device in alarm" but none of the others react like this. manual says "Only shown on MT2 Systems"
On a walk test all are seen. So why is the Ricochet Monitor acting like this and only one PIR responding?

is the pir where you are when looking at the monitor?

walk test, activates ad say its activated, ricochet monitor will go on when active and off when secure.

unless the device communication path is a problem and its not updated the panel.

The PIR that goes red is in the same room as I am working on controller (PIR 11 in picture), if i then get someone to walk passed other PIRs none go red with the ricochet monitor, but they do register on a walk test.
