rimless downlighters

All downlighters I have seen have a visible rim on the ceiling which is stainless, white, chrome, etc. I have seen in commercial premises downlighters that have no external trim. You see just a hole on the plaster ceiling. I have not seen these for general sale. Can anyone please direct me to a seller?

How would you finish the edges of the hole to ensure a perfect circle and to protect it from damage?
