Hello,

I have defalted the panel back to manufacturers settings as in the engineer manual. User code 1234 works ok, However when i try to access engineering menu & type the default engineer code i get wrong code try again.

Is it possible for the previous installer to burn in there code in to the wisdom. Looked in manual but cant find any mention of this

Figured it out now.

Master user code has to be entered before you can enter engineer code

 

[Alarm]

Or Grand master or Manager.
