Rising hinges wanted but not butt style.

I want to rehang two pine ledge doors but not with rising butt hinges. I want to use decorative hinges/brackets on the face of the door but it must still rise when opening. I cant find any ! Do decorative rising hinges/brackets exist and if so, where from please ?
