Just watching a piece about him on the telly. You can see the presenter (Sally Nugent) is clearly upset about it - life can be bloody cruel sometimes. Thank God Rob has a good family, a network of friends and his spirit to help him in the short time he has left. Heartbreaking.

His family were comforted by their faith (Quakers) and he decided when to turn off his own oxygen supply. I could hardly bear to listen to the story
