Roller Garage Door not staying fully open

I have a Thermaglide roller door. Just recently, when opening, (via fob or control buttons) the door opens fully and then slides down about a yard. Occasionally, it stays up and occasionally it slides down just a foot or so.

I have switched power off to try and reset and manually wound up with the 'override' handle.

Any suggestions ?
