How old is the property?
It is still within the NHBC warranty. Would that be worth pursuing?
Why would it be destined to leak more and more? From the description and photos do you think it has been installed incorrectly?
I think it's a rubbish detail .
It won't get better it will only get worse .

As I say , get an approved sp installer to take a look .

I was under the impression that you had to be registered to use that product so its possible you will have some insurance of poor workmanship.
