During the survey the surveyor picked up with light coming through and the ridge tiles needed repointing and also tiles need to be replaced. I've had someone recently to address repointing/tile repairs.
Looking in the attic I can still see light coming through, although I understand there is no felt. Should I be raising this with my roofer ?
The roof is old and in the not so distant future I will need to get it replaced.
