Hi everyone,
I’m replacing my garage flat roof (stripping the old felt, replacing the OSB decks, and installing a new EPDM rubber roof).
My main challenge is at the house junction: the exterior brickwork above the flat roof is covered with nailed-in wall tiles/cladding.
Is there a practical way to properly tuck and seal the EPDM membrane upstand into the wall without having to strip all the wall tiles off? (See attached photos for context).
Any advice on flashing details or workarounds here would be greatly appreciated!
