The felt under the roof tiles of my house has torn and is hanging down, as a consequence I have water leaking in the loft. Is there any way to patch up the holes without removing the tiles from the roof...?
Then it is probably a good job it is torn or you may never have got around to addressing the real issue of your roof being in need of immediate repair.
The felt is intended as nothing other than a secondary barrier if your roof leaks and many many houses have no felt at all... Do you not consider getting your roof thoroughly overhauled should take presedence over some tatty old sarking. Though on reflection this post is most probably a spoof!
