Rough price for this job?

I'm just trying to get an approximate cost for the following: 20ft x 16ft breezeblock outbuilding/garage with some sort of apex roof.

Nothing fancy to start with, ignore the cost of doors. The roof material can be corrugated asbestosy type material.

Footings etc would need to be dug. We have a concrete base already but it's a bit rough so I might well look at having that smashed up and relaid.

Any ideas? I know it's a bit of a "how long's a piece of string" type of question but I'm just looking for a rough figure.
