I have a Rover Sterling V6 K series engine has done 130k miles, I have rough running at tick-over but this is generally thought to be air conditioning, but can be rough when air con is not on. Last few months I have noticed occasional roughness for a few minutes and then it goes ok as if a fuel problem. Lately the car has occasional lack of power and then it kicks in with quite good acceleration. At recent service the garage said it was ok when with them. Any advice as to possible corrections will be most welcome. Fuel or HT leads.
