routing a rounded edge

So, you may remember my previous thread about routing, I managed to achieve a really nice panel effect in the end, routing 3mm groves every 120mm. No I have the hang of it I want to create a rounded edge on some 18mm Mdf sheets. Been looking on the web and I am a bit confused by what bit need. The drive is 1/4. Can anyone share a link?.

If you get a router bit with a guide bearing on the end, this is very simple to achieve. Something like in the image. Just run it around the edge and its done. The only issue with MDF, once you open the edge, it will be very rough once painted because the fibres come out, it will need a loat of caots with light sanding between
