Does anyone that uses 15mm service valves to pipe up toilets. Put the hep2o flat rubber washers in that come with there tap connectors? Instead of the fibre washers?

Yup, the JG fittings are the same, they come with a slightly conical shaped washer. means you don't need to tighten the fitting as much, hand tight then 1/5th turn.
