Can any one shedlight on the best way to remove a varnish from external window frames that feels rubbery to the touch.
Ive been asked to redec some timber window frames and need to know how best to proceed.It feels almost sticky to touch and I know its gonna be tricky a one to sand. The owner doesnt have the number of the last decorator so cant contact to ask. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what it might be and how to proceed.
