i understand this needs to be done in plastic, but i have noticed my builder has put joins (speedfit) in areas that are to be screeded. Is this allowed, i thought the pipe work had to be ducted for removal if ever required?

It looks like i will do this now as the builder is sure to do it the quickest way.calm down....
u dont want any joints buried under screed. no compression and no speedfit.
if you intend to tile over etc its burried for good anyway. , depends on the length of the burial...but putting in a conduit will help
Then i'd suggest you stop replying if your time is so Precious. I like to learn and gain advise, wheras you like to contribute to posts that waste your time!Obviously your builder nor yourself are competent with regards to plumbing yet you waste our time with your stupid questions.
Do what you like as long as building control pass it, you ain't got nothing to worry about or have you.![]()
As for plastic joints buried in screed then it deff aint allowed
Hi, i won't. To be honest i thought building regs required it to be done this way. But why is UFH different? uses the same pipe and that only needs conduit between doors or across concrete joins and when coming out from the floor??Do not cover the barrier pipe with screed unless it is conduit or similar
