Hi, I have just taken possession of a new Ryobi ERT-2100V router. Haven't had time to use it yet but it certainly feels like a well made piece of kit.
The main reason for buying this router (apart from the price) was the 2100 watts of power which will come in handy for router table use. However it doesn't appear to have a "lock on" switch function so that it can be used in conjunction with a NVR switch.
Should this router be able locked in the ON position(if yes then mine is faulty), or whenever I want to use it in the router table, am I going to have to tape the switch in the ON position?
Any thoughts would be appreciated
