You misunderstand which bits do and don't have problems. Did you understand that it was a phased piece of law? They thought it through, it was almost like some experienced lawyers drafted it. Sec 68 says which bits are in force now.

I never said that
the government has created a law which cant be applied by any legal means.
let’s talk this through:
1) person arrives in this country by small boat
2) new law says they can’t claim asylum
3) new law says they can claim asylum in 3rd country
4) supreme Court ruled the only 3rd country with an agreement is illegal
So we have the illegal migration bill which can only be applied by one means which is illegal.
What happens to people arriving that can’t claim asylum?
A = they end up in hotels where the govt have stopped the only process by which they can either be deported or stay and start working
