Salamander CT 5 twin

My relative has a Salamander CT 50 twin pump boosting her shower output, trouble now is that there is no extra pressure from mains only on or pump on, before it was very significant difference in pressure. The pump also makes more of a squealing noise, is there any simple troubleshooting that can be done with these pumps ?

Turn it off and on again.

If that doesn't work, bin it and buy a Stuart Turner
