Salt coming out of brickwork

Hi just taken plaster off front of house. Acid cleaned it and all old mortar off bricks. Looks great when wet bit all white like salt coming out when dry.
Can i seal it with a wet look sealer as it looks great when wet.
If so whats the best to use.

It's called efflorescence, happens when moisture in the wall comes out carrying salts with it. Either the wall is getit damp or the bricks were laid in the rain and the frogs filled with water/there is water trapped inside the wall. Brick acid cleans it off, I'd consider carefully whether trapping it inside the wall with a sealer is a wide idea

Leave it be or use a broom/brush to brush it off.

It will go eventually, as long as there is not permanent dampness getting into the wall.
